Introduction

Welcome to Dumaitoto. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dumaitoto website located at dumaitoto.cam, including all related sub-pages, services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any existing account.

Dumaitoto operates under international online gaming licensing frameworks. It does not claim any licence, endorsement, or approval from the Government of Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, or any Malaysian statutory authority. Malaysian users bear individual responsibility for understanding the laws applicable to online gambling in their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice specific to your personal circumstances.

Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and any eligible bonus funds standing in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-spin equivalents, or match amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable Wagering Requirements.
• "Dumaitoto", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the Platform as identified in the licensing documentation associated with the Platform.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer table, slot title, crash game, fishing game, lottery-style game, or other wagering product made available through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures comprising identity verification, address verification, and payment method verification as required under applicable compliance obligations.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the default display currency of the Platform.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an Account on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion mechanisms available to Players under Section 12.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You are a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Dumaitoto enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy for all gambling activity on the Platform.
2. You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
4. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law or where Dumaitoto is restricted from offering services.
5. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or associate of Dumaitoto, nor a close family member of any such person.
6. You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or been subject to a permanent account suspension.

Account Registration & Security

You may hold only one Account. All information supplied during registration and verification must be complete, accurate, current, and attributable to you. Dumaitoto may request a valid identity document, proof of residential address, proof of payment method ownership, or evidence concerning the source of funds before permitting deposits, wagers, withdrawals, or continued use.

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, verification codes, and registered devices secure. You must not disclose login credentials or permit another person to use your Account. Any activity completed through correctly entered credentials may be treated as authorised unless you notified Dumaitoto promptly of suspected compromise.

You must inform Dumaitoto without delay if your personal information changes or if you suspect unauthorised access. Dumaitoto may temporarily restrict an Account while investigating unusual activity, inconsistent documentation, multiple registrations, or suspected fraud. Verification is not a guarantee that every transaction will be accepted.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Account transactions may be available in MYR through supported methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, eligible cards, and supported digital assets. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, fees, and processing times may vary by Account, payment provider, security status, and location.

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits must originate from a payment method held in your own legal name.
• Dumaitoto does not provide credit and does not permit funds known to be borrowed, stolen, or obtained unlawfully.
• A deposit may be delayed, rejected, or reversed where payment information cannot be verified or where a provider reports an error.
• Displayed conversion values for digital assets are estimates until the required network confirmation is complete.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC review, available Balance, applicable bonus conditions, anti-fraud checks, and payment provider limits. Dumaitoto may require withdrawal to the original funding method where practicable. Processing estimates are not guarantees; bank schedules, eWallet maintenance, incomplete documentation, network congestion, or enhanced compliance review may cause delay.

Dumaitoto may request reasonable evidence concerning the source of funds or source of wealth. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in transaction delay, Account restriction, or reporting where required by applicable obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses are optional and subject to the specific promotional rules displayed when the offer is accepted. Those rules form part of this Agreement. Before claiming an offer, you must review its minimum deposit, eligible payment methods, wagering requirement, game contribution, maximum permitted bet, expiry period, maximum cash-out, and territorial or Account restrictions.

For example, a 10x wagering requirement on RM100 of bonus funds requires RM1,000 in eligible wagers before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Slots may contribute 100%, while Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, or other table games may contribute less or be excluded. A promotional headline does not override the detailed conditions.

Dumaitoto may withdraw or amend a promotion before acceptance. Once accepted, the conditions recorded for that offer will ordinarily apply. Bonus abuse—including coordinated wagering, opposite betting, low-risk hedging, multiple Accounts, manipulation of game contribution, or deliberately delaying game rounds—may lead to removal of Bonus Funds, voiding of related winnings, or Account restriction.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

You are responsible for confirming the wager amount, selection, market, odds, and potential return before submission. Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be cancelled or changed. Sports markets may include EPL football, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, basketball, and other events, but availability is not guaranteed.

Game outcomes are determined according to the applicable game rules, certified random number generation, live-dealer procedures, or official event results. Published RTP figures are long-term statistical calculations and do not predict or guarantee the result of an individual session.

Dumaitoto may void or correct a wager affected by an obvious pricing error, incorrect participant, duplicated market, technical fault, interrupted game, data-feed failure, or incorrectly settled result. Where possible, the original stake will be returned. Decisions will be based on the relevant game or market rules and available technical records.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Dumaitoto for unlawful, dishonest, abusive, or commercially exploitative purposes. Prohibited conduct includes:

• opening or controlling more than one Account;
• using another person's identity, payment method, device credentials, or documents;
• colluding with another player or coordinating wagers to obtain an unfair advantage;
• using bots, scripts, automated systems, scraping tools, or unauthorised software;
• exploiting errors, latency, interrupted rounds, incorrect odds, or platform vulnerabilities;
• laundering money, disguising the source of funds, or using Dumaitoto primarily as a payment transfer service;
• harassing support staff, threatening other users, or submitting fraudulent chargebacks;
• attempting to bypass geographical restrictions, KYC controls, responsible gambling limits, or self-exclusion measures.

Dumaitoto may investigate suspected prohibited conduct and may withhold affected transactions while that investigation remains active. Where evidence reasonably supports a breach, Dumaitoto may void affected wagers, remove improperly obtained benefits, close the Account, or take other proportionate action.

Intellectual Property

The Dumaitoto name, logo, interface, written content, graphics, arrangement, software, databases, and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to Dumaitoto and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the Platform grants only a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access those materials for lawful entertainment.

You must not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written authorisation. No right, title, or ownership interest transfers to you under this Agreement.

Privacy & Data Use

Dumaitoto processes personal information to register and administer Accounts, verify identity and age, process transactions, prevent fraud, meet compliance duties, provide support, maintain Platform security, and communicate service information. Processing may include identity details, contact information, transaction records, device data, gameplay activity, and support correspondence.

Additional information concerning collection, lawful purposes, retention, disclosure, cookies, security, and user rights appears in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. You must provide accurate information and must not submit another person's personal data without lawful authority.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

Dumaitoto aims to provide stable access but does not warrant that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or network. Maintenance, internet disruption, telecommunications failure, payment provider outages, cyber incidents, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dumaitoto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special loss, including lost opportunity, expected winnings, business loss, or loss caused by a Player's failure to secure an Account. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Gambling outcomes are uncertain. Dumaitoto does not guarantee profit, recovery of losses, availability of particular odds, or success from any strategy. You accept responsibility for all lawful wagers placed through your Account and for maintaining gambling within affordable limits.

Responsible Gambling

Dumaitoto provides gambling entertainment solely for persons aged 21 and above. You should establish an affordable budget before gambling, avoid chasing losses, take regular breaks, and never use money required for housing, food, healthcare, education, debt repayment, or family commitments.

Available Responsible Gambling Tools may include deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. A request may require a reasonable processing period and identity confirmation. Once self-exclusion is active, you must not attempt to create another Account or bypass the restriction.

If gambling affects your finances, wellbeing, work, or relationships, stop gambling and seek appropriate support. Account Suspension and Closure

You may request Account closure through Dumaitoto support. Before closure, pending wagers may remain governed by their original rules, and withdrawals remain subject to verification and compliance review. A standard closure request is different from self-exclusion; if gambling harm is a concern, you should request self-exclusion expressly.

Dumaitoto may restrict, suspend, or close an Account where there is reasonable evidence of an eligibility failure, breach of this Agreement, prohibited conduct, identity inconsistency, chargeback, legal requirement, security risk, self-exclusion conflict, or prolonged inability to complete KYC.

Where permitted, legitimate remaining funds will be returned after settlement of valid wagers, adjustment of improperly credited amounts, and completion of required checks. Dumaitoto may retain transaction and Account records after closure where necessary for legal, security, dispute, or compliance purposes.

Complaints, Disputes and Governing Law

A complaint should be submitted to Dumaitoto support as soon as reasonably possible and should include your Account identifier, relevant transaction or wager reference, date, amount, and a clear description of the issue. You should retain screenshots and payment records where relevant.

Dumaitoto will review available Account, game, transaction, and communication records. Complex matters may require information from payment processors or game suppliers and may therefore take longer to resolve. You must cooperate reasonably and provide requested evidence.

This Agreement is governed by the law applicable to the international operating entity identified in Dumaitoto's licensing documentation, subject to mandatory rights that apply to you and cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms represents regulation by or approval from a Malaysian authority.

Amendments to These Terms

Dumaitoto may amend this Agreement to reflect legal, regulatory, technical, security, payment, or operational developments. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an Account notice where appropriate.

Your continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure, subject to settlement of pending wagers and completion of required transaction checks.
